Unreliable LG & Gabriel demanding 💰with zero results

I have an LG dishwasher that stopped working. I made contact with LG on the 1st December 2021 and they made arrangements with Gabriel - the so called technician who appears to have no clue what. We paid him R550 & R970 and the machine is not working. He doesn’t reply to text message or answer calls. We reported the matter with LG and there is no positive response. I have to mention that this Gabriel has changed statements several times with processes to be followed, all in vain 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
