Uninformative Unhelpful

<p>For the past month and a half I have been in contact with LG regarding the official update to Android marshmallow For the Lg g3 handset. Many people I know already have the update on their device yet my device refuses to find the update both via phone settings as well as the pc suite. The few times I called in combined with the times I spoke to consultants over live chat I could not get an answer. Everyone always doesn't know or they say I have to take my phone to a repair centre and be charged for the update, which is absurd. Can I please get some educated assistance from someone who is able to get the update done. Thanks</p>
