Unable / willing to resolve problem

This issue has been going on for almost 7 months and still no solution.

Our LG top load stretches the seems/collars of our cloths. First a technician came out, said he'll get back to us. After phoning back multiple times we where revered to Unilever to discuss washing habits and quality of clothing. This was in 100% order. Unilever did a good job! Back to LG, again washing habits was said to be the issue. and on and on and on it went. According to LG it could never have been the machine because it is a mechanical item. Well as we all know luckily mechanical items \never"break. Funny that with our previous"

Hello ben001ben,

Thank You for your correspondence. Please see response from Unilever.
The matter was referred to our Product Development where your garments were examined .Our lab found that not only the area around the neck was stretched but also side seems. They believe this could be attributed to the way the garments have being handled or ironed. If the incorrect programmed has been chosen or over loading has occurred friction of the garments could cause them to lose their shape.
We confirm that there is nothing in the powder or washing machine which could result in stretching.
We are enclosing the garments under cover of this letter.
We thank you for referring this matter to us, and please do not hesitate to contact us again if we can be of any further assistance.

On examining the tshirts the side seams were totally askew and neck had stretched. Unfortunately our findings are not conclusive but I have advised that the t-shirts be washed on fuzzy and that water level be increased manually .

Best regards,
