Unable to fix own product

I have an issue with my LG washing machine that was making a very loud sound, called the service department and the machine was collected and \fixed". I had to pay in due to it being out of warranty on the part but I decided to do it through LG as the motor is still under a 10 year warranty. A week later after the repair"
