TV stress

I will never buy an LG product ever again. I have an LG TV which I bought years ago & when it started acting up in 2017 I was recommended by LG to a service center called Xecutronix. So every time the tv gave me issues I would take it to them.

Last year around December I took the TV to Xecutronix & when I collected it, it was doing the same thing it was doing when I brought it in. I took it back in Jan 2023 & again when I collected it, it was doing the same thing switching itself off & on.

I called xecutronix and complained that I want my money back, they are not fixing my tv. They came and collected the tv, & when they bought it back yesterday it was worse the tv wouldn’t even risk on.

I called and complained to LG but the representative from LG was no help. She was siding with the service center manager as if I am lying.

Now I haven’t gotten my refund & I’m stuck with no TV.
