TV Booked for Repairs on the 5 Dec
Hi, I took my TV in for repairs directly to the repair centre on the 5 Dec. I waited for the diagnostic report for two weeks and eventually I called to check if all was still well because there was no indication of any movement. I was then told that I need to provide proof of purchase from the store that I purchased the TV from. I then went to the shop and provided the requested info on the 30 December. First week of January I called just to check the progress and Josephine told me that they requested a replacement TV and their still awaiting approval for the issuing of the new TV. I should call they will call me.

It is the 16 Feb no update nothing. What am I supposed to do because I was told that I shouldn't call?

TV Model 32LN5100AFB Serial 304SARL0B446.

I need help. By the way this is the second TV that LG cant repair why the latest models are irreparable
