Terrible service from LG electronics.

LG services are extremely disappointing. The problems with my TV have been continuous for the last year or so and when they finally responded to say that they would come to my house to have a look at it, I was under the impression that they were going to try and assist. Instead they didn't come on the day they said they would and it caused disruption to my work as I had to take leave on that particular day. There were no calls made so I had to chase after them calling the call centre and a few other numbers until I got a hold of someone who could help. Finally they said they would come in and I had to take a day off work again this time. When the guy came over, it was a complete waste of my time as he said the TV is fine and has no problems. Which it clearly does. So I went around and around for over a year trying to get someone to assist me and when I finally did, they wasted my time and I'm back at square one. This sort of service is ridiculous and I'm absolutely dissatisfied in LG and their services.
