Terrible product, even worse customer service
I bought a 65\ LG TV on the 30th of May 2015. Last week Sunday the TV decided to turn itself off and now will not turn on. I bought the TV from Dion Wired in Tyger Valley and the TV has a 2 year Warranty. It took several attempts to get someone from Dion and LG to look at the TV and when a technician finally came out he said that he has seen the problem before with the same model TV. Basically the screen and power board needs to be replaced and from my understanding makes up well over 50% of the parts of the product.
LG refuses to give a credit stating the TV is older than a month and Dion Wired has washed their hands of the problem saying its now in LG's hands. To top it off LG is unable to give me a estimate on when and how long it will take to repair. Their is clearly an issue with this model TV if I am not the first customer to have this problem and LG's customer service is non existent with everyone passing the buck to avoid responsibility.

So basically I bought a very expensive TV that is less than a year old, and I am unable to replace it or have it fixed. It is unacceptable and proves why LG is inferior to the competition.

DO NOT BUY LG!"
