Terrible Dishwasher services repairs/dishonest.

This was the worst service I ever received!!!! I googled LG repairs and their number came up!! LG will b so ashamed to be linked to this company!!!! The gentleman Chris (technician) called and made an appointment for which he was 2hrs late the first day!!! And then told me I had to pay him a deposit for the parts and he will return the next morning to fix my dishwasher! He then called me when he was supposed to b here (10am) and said he guarantee he will b here at 12!! This already changed my whole days plans. He then only got here at 13h08!!!! This is ridiculous!!! Best of it all is I have NO PROOF they used new parts and my husband marked our one pipe which he swore he changed but actually our pipe was still on!!!! And it’s now 3hr and 40min and they still busy on my machine!!! Clearly shows they have no idea what they doing!!!! I’m so mad....think LG also needs to make sure us loyal LG customers have reliable technicians available for us to use and who we can TRUST!!!
