Still waiting on pickup of my cellphone
<p>My LG G4 cellphone was repaired by your company.I informed Amos that there is still a fault on the phone as it gets very hot when using it.I try not to use the phone as I am scared that it might explode.Amos told me that he will arrange for pick up of the device on the 5 January.The phone was never picked up.I emailed Amos again on the 11 January but with no response.Im still waiting and don't know what to do.I emailed him again today and received an automated response that he is on leave.Please help me.</p>
