Still awaiting feedback
Still awaiting feedback regarding the issue i had on the 12th November then on the 18th i was told someone will contact me, any way spoke to Sumaya Bhumjee i sent her an email stating what happened, i never heard from her again. ayi

Please provide us with the model number of the unit, you can disconnect the cables from the DVD and reconnect if that doesn't work you can make use of our service agent.
Please call them on *** (Xecutronics)for repairs.
