Stay away from lg appliances

So i wrote a review abt lg and i must say no respond. Customer service is jon existant. The agent who was suppose to come and access my wash machine phoned me today after service call was logged on saterday already. Asked me wats wrong with machine and if there is anyone at home. Told him hubby is there said no tevhnician cant come because they already left Uitenhage. I must send him pics. Pathetic. Stay away from them. They only making use of i service agent. So if you have a bad experience with them u force to wrk wth them again. And they can treat you as they please without any consequences.
