Some "HELPFUL" advice from LG

<p>So my hubby emailed LG to ask if they can assist with repairing our LG hard bought about 2-3 years ago and was amazed by the "helpfulness" received by Alida Theron from the LG Brandshop. Firstly she called my husband Michelle instead of Michael - via email. Secondly, she responds with "Unfortunately our LG Service Centres does not fix Hard Drives." He then asked if she can refer him to a place that can repair it and her responce was "Hard drives are no longer part of our range, would suggest you try Takealot." This email was so informative and could assist me with my query with my LG hard-drive. Thank you LG - NOT!!!</p>
