Service provider letdown

I have had such poor service from MMR Electronics in Port Elizabeth, the local service/repair center for the LG Brand. My LG 50" Plasma TV had problems and was taken in on 2 August 2017. After 2 months of waiting and phoning for progress, I was told that parts were awaited and only available ETA on 29 October 2017!!!!!! This is totally unacceptable service both from the said service provider AND LG Corporation. I as the customer did all the follow-up calls weekly and not once was I contacted with feed-back. So never again any LG Product and their **** service provider, who blame LG Parts and Service! My TV is now awaiting a quote from a general TV repair centre who are confident they will crack the issue and get it working again within days.
