Service and Product sucks
So I upgraded from my 51\ Samsung plasma to a 55"LED (Model: 55LB652T) and after installing connecting to Plex on my LG TV it was extremly slow loading the poster pictures. I phoned customer care and they only have 1 technical person and he wasn't even available. I spoke to someone else who never even heard about Plex (One of the biggest media streaming services) and he took down my details. Such a large corporation and service like this"
