Second TV to have spot on screen!

Good Day LG

Thank you for replacing our seconde LG TV. The new TV too has a white spot on the bottom of the screen however this time it is on the bottom left. We had the same problem with the first LG TV purchased on November 19. Please advise as to why this would happen? It's very distracting when watching TV.

I did reply to my original LG Hello Peter review however I have not had any feedback as of yet
