Second LG phone to get stuck in bootloop

<p>After an unbelievably frustrating experience with the LG G4 through my MTN contract, I took a leap of faith and decided to give the LG G5 a try after the person working at the MTN store told me the issues with the constant rebooting / boot loop had been resolved with the new model. Well, a few months later and my battery has become quite useless and the LG G5 is now stuck in boot loop with no way to get into resetting the phone, even through the hard reset function. At this point I would never, ever recommend an LG product to anyone. Terrible experience.</p>
