Rude and aggressive brand specialist

Upon a visit to the LG Concept store in Canal Walk Shopping Centre, I slipped when entering the store. My mom then proceeded to check with me if I was okay and then spoke to one of the sales people that was on the floor. The salesman then called the \Manger". The \""Manager\"" was in fact a brand specialist. My mom and I then tried to explain to him that the floor was slippery and that someone could be seriously injured- she suggested they put a rubber mat at the entrance of the store. This \""Manager\"" a Mr Tashreeq Abrahams decided to respond to my mother and myself in the rudest and most condescending manner possible. He was aggressive and did not once ask me if I was okay. Instead he proceeded to make an even bigger scene in the shop in front of his co-workers and other shoppers. This matter was reported to the owner of the shop on the 6/07/15"
