revised upwards!!!

<p>I wrote and complained bittterly about not being able to buy a new handle for an old fridge model which is no longer being produced. LG picked this up straight away and with a lot of to-ing and fro-ing a lovely guy called Quiet Makhubele found me one at some far distant supplier and once I'd paid for it, they couriered it to me. For nothing! Really going the extra mile . Definitely 5 stars.</p>
