regret buying LG smart tv

WHY oh WHY does the LG smart tv not allow a download of the netflix app?! It is location locked. But we can legally get Netflix here now. So why doesn't the tv allow us to download the app? I flipping wish I'd bought a Samsung - they at least have the foresight to allow you to do this. I will not be recommending LG to anyone. even your customer service portal is cumbersome and badly designed. If you, like us wanted to buy a smart tv to watch netflix, stay away from LG. The salesman told us we could use the tv to watch netflix. Now it's home and paid for and mounted on the wall, we find out that you cannot. Not without all kind of external ****'s. seriously. Rather buy a samsung. LG have not foresight. <br>
