Realy **** service for LG call/repair department
Have a 19kg toploader washing machine with n motor problem still under warranty. Phoned call centre to book repair. Was told the tech will contact me within 2 days. That did not happen. Phoned again on day 3 and was told they will follow it up and get back to me. Guess what. That 2 did not happen. Will never buy LG ever again
