Promotions ***** from LG
Good day Hellopeter I'm so frustrated with LG Electronics on the 19th of May 2018 I went to MTN stores in Eikestad Mall Stellenbosch to do a upgrade on my contract I wanted to upgrade to a Samsung galaxy phone but the salesman convinces me to take a LG G6 phone because LG hade a promotion if you take the LG G6 you get a 64gig SD card + a LG Tv set. The salesman told me that the tv and sd card Will be deliver to my house address.
No one told me that I had to claim my tv and 64gig sd card over the internet, I went back to MTN to ask what is going on, that's where all the phone calls started as from May month 2018 until known the LG rep promised me a lot of stories I even send them all the paperwork that she needed,but I'm still waiting for my 64gig SD card and LG Tv set can you please help me solving this problem.
