Problems with LG cell phones

Previous to the LG Q6 which I now use, I had a LG G4. It worked fine until one day it didn't. Before it stopped working it began getting very hot - this I've discovered is a problem with LG cell phones. Anyway the G4 was repaired and worked well enough even with it getting hot (not as bad as before it packed up) Anyway, foolish me. I went and got a LG Q6 which is a really good mid range phone when it works. In the first year I had it it gave various problems, the second time it went in for repair they replaced the motherboard. Since then it stops receiving and I am unable to make calls (get emergency calls only notification) at least once , sometimes three times a day. To rectify this I have to restart my phone. I have missed several important calls as a result and it is very embarrassing when I need to tell my clients that I wasn't deliberately ignoring them. I wrote to LG and my mail was forwarded to Amos to reply ,but to date (now since 15/4/19) have not had a reply. Lesson learnt. Do not buy an LG phone.
