Poor Back Service

I have an LG microwave that has become technically faulty (not heating), I called LG to obtain details of a repair centre in close proximity to me. I was informed by LG that I need to contact a company called IRS Tronics located in Westmead Pinetown. I called them and informed IRS Tronics of the problem that I'm experiencing with the microwave, they immediately informed that I need pay a diagnostic fee of R100 for the microwave to be checked, what a *******. <br> A few months previous I had a Defy microwave in my holiday home that became mechanically faulty, I called Defy and they requested that I bring it in to their service centre and they will facilitate a diagnostic at no cost. I can thereafter decide if I want to go ahead with the repair of not.<br> This is what I deem service excellence and maybe LG should take a leaf of these guy's book, to improve there service rating.
