Phone returned even more faulty
About 8 days ago my LG flex was returned after screen replacement. The screen was warping and had started lifting. Prior to sending the phone in, the regional LG rep was called who ensured that the repair would be to LG standard. The phone was returned and upon collection late in the day all seemed fine. The phone edges have been damaged with some sort of vice, the screen is pushing out, the battery seems to short when the phone screen is pushed back in and the top edges are warping. All this after being repaired? I was assured the repair standards of LG were very high, but it looks like this was done in some little back shop. This phone was in immaculate condition until some idiot clamped it during repair, why would you clamp the phone? LG your site for client support/queries does not allow me to enter this complaint. Please address this, the phone is currently at Forrest hills Vodacom awaiting your LG rep. He seems unwilling to come and meet me there so I can show him the extent of bad repair. Funny he assured me the phone was in good hands. This is an amazing product that I run together with a Samsung and Sony Z2, but the aftersales is horrific.
