Pathetic Service - LG

I took my LG BB5530A Blu Ray Soundbar to Xecutronix for the second time . The first time i took them in 2016 and they fixed the problem . Now that i took the soundbar because the HDMI port was not connecting they have come back to me and said that i must collect the item back because the unit is discontinued and there is no parts ...what a waste of time and money ! Pathetic service from LG . I will never recommend anybody to purchase any items from them .

Now i have throw away R 7000 item that a company big as LG cannot even help or try and source the part . Extremely disappointing with service .

I think the motherboard was removed and replaced on the first time that i took the unit back
