Pathetic service

I have contacted LG about my dishwasher which is not heating up water. No hot water, steam or any drying. Dishes comes out wet.

Then I have received a mail requesting for some information on the appliance (All the info requested are already on your side when registering the item, I find it kind of redundant to have us send this back again, since the request was done via your website by clicking on the item and requesting for support).

Then I have sent them the info, serial, proof of purchase, model....

It has been more than a week, the have never gotten back to me. Now I can imagine, if the fridge has a problem with this level of service my food will spoil and nobody will be held responsible for that.

I have invested so much last year on buying LG appliances, they are way overpriced and are not worth the quality. That dish washer is near 20k, why their competitors are ranging about a third of the price, yet we don't even get good service.

Last year I had to do without a microwave oven for a month, for just a minor defect.
