Pathetic service

I have bought a 36000 BTU Dual inverter aircon worst product i have ever bought from day one the unit were not working properly it were installed by strait air so called agent for LG i the contacted LG i then contacted Andries Bekker from LG they came out only to find out the gas was over full they and undone gas pipe and sprayed gas and oil over my lawn killing the lawn now when i use aircon water is coming out of aircon and running down my wall floor soaking wet now mr Bekker says he can not assist and me strait air do not return my calls how do LG appoint installers when they can not do the job i would never recommend LG i am disgusted and if i could give them a zero rating i would
