Pathetic LG-Non Functioning Dishwasher 90 day saga

Two years ago LG direct drive dishwasher bought . Within one year stopped working, LG unable to repair. after 6 weeks Machine was replaced with brand new one.With one year this new machine started making a strange noise and LG contacted .After 10 days technician replaced the sump at my home on 27/02.. Machine worked for two weeks , we were told only to use a specific 3 hour cleaning option. Machine completed its cycle but dishes remained dirty. Technician told my wife that, after 15 years of using a dishwasher , our detergent that was of poor quality and that we must buy a specific detergent.(standard ones don't work apparently). New detergent bought . Same problem. After a 180 min cycle dishes remain dirty. PHOTOGRAPHS taken and sent to LG. New complaint logged 13/04.For gods sakes LG , we know how to stack a dishwasher, we know to rinse the dishes beforehand. we are NOT dumb. YOUR dishwasher DOES NOT WORK!!!!! WHEN are you going to get that through your Brains. WE have been more than patient this Machine has NOT worked properly FOR 90 DAYS !!!! We get pushed from pillar to post.Promises made of people who will phone who dont.!! PATHETIC DISINTERESTED SHOCKING SERVICE !<br>
