OUT OF STOCK

I upgraded to a LG Leon cell phone via Vodacom Cresta about a month ago. After 2 weeks the cell phone keep on switching completely off after 2 minutes and the screen said the battery was invalid. The phone was send to LG and another cell phone was send to Vodacom Cresta. This phone did exactly the same and Vodacom thought that the battery was faulty and ordered a battery. Why did LG not test the battery in the first place. Apparently LG ran out of stock. The LG Leon has just come on the market. How can they run out of stock on batteries??? Doesn't make sense. I have not been waiting for more than 1 week for a battery and LG can't tell Vodacom when they will have stock of batteries. Very bad planning!!!
