Ongoing Unresolved Issue with LG Dishwasher

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding my LG dishwasher, purchased in September 2024. Unfortunately, my experience with both the product and the after-sales support has been extremely disappointing.

Shortly after purchasing the unit, I tried linking it to my phone via the recommended app, only to be "This product is not supported in LG ThinQ". I let that go and continued using the machine. However, in April 2025, the dishwasher started displaying error messages.

I logged a call in May 2025, received a reference number, and was informed that a technician would assist. An appointment was scheduled, but I was unavailable that day due to work commitments and i asked the technician to reschedule. The technician never called again.

Since then, I have logged several follow-up calls — in July, August, and September — each time being reassured that a technician would contact me. The latest assurance was that a technician would come on 4 September 2025. I even took a day off work to accommodate this appointment, but no one arrived, nor did I receive any communication.

I spoke to Laila, one of your contact center agents, on 7 September, and again followed up on 15 September, but still received no assistance.

At this point, it has been months of waiting, and the issue remains unresolved. My dishwasher does not clean properly, and I find myself washing dishes manually. As a second-time LG customer, this has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience.

I truly expected better support from LG. I now feel as though I’ve wasted my money on a product that has only worked properly for around seven to eight months out of the full year I’ve owned it.

I would appreciate it if this matter could be escalated urgently.
