No Stock

I was at a authorized supplier/repair center where i wanted my phone (LG G4) to get fixed after almost a week i phone to see why my phone is not ready now the repair center tells me LG does not stock the parts im looking for to fix my phone..<br> <br> How can that be possible?<br> How can someone stock a phone but no parts?<br> <br> I need this to be resolved ASAP as i am in need of my phone for business......
