<p> We have a LG DD dishwasher 2012 model</p> <p>A fuse on the motherboard burned out. We phoned the call center on the 28th of Feb 2017 to book a technician.</p> <p>The technician (Anton) came on the 2nd of March 2017 and confirmed that the fuse burned out and we need to replace the motherboard. </p> <p> </p> <p>3 March 2017 we phoned Anton to confirm the order of the motherboard. He said that he was busy and that he will phone us back. No returned phone call.</p> <p> </p> <p>6 March we phoned Anton three time, on which he answered on the third time. He again stated that he was busy and that he will phone us back. No returned phone call.</p> <p> </p> <p>8 March we phoned Anton twice. No answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>We phone the repair centre on 3April 2017. They confirmed that they have our details and that they will ask a technician to call us back. </p> <p> </p> <p>UP TO DATE. NO PHONE CALL.</p> <p> </p> <p>Weare without a dishwasher for over a month now.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regard </p> <p>Jean-Mari </p>
