No response about Rusted 5year-old LG fridge.,

I bought a large double LG fridge late 2010. After 4 years it started rusting around the water and ice-dispenser. I reported this by phone just before the 4 year Guarantee expired. I had no response. I followed this up and was asked to do this via email on 2 March 2015 which I did. Since then I have sent numerous emails. Paricia Sithebe phoned me once and I sent photo's of the rusted door. She promised to speak to her seniors. That was May 27. Since then I have left messages on her phone and mailed her, but to today (28 July) nobody has come back to me. <br> I have been told that the rust could be due to my living in an seaside city!! What an adverti*****t for LG appliances! <br> I strongly feel that when buying an expensive fridge of R9 000 it should last for about 10- 15years. The same Defy type double fridge, which I passed on to my daughter, is still going after 15 years with two only two tiny specks of rust on the door. <br> If I do not get satisfactory response here I will have to take the matter further until the dispute is solved.
