No more LG, will try Samsung..Life is bad..LD

I bought a 13KG washing machine for my mom on 23/07/2013 after a good experience we had with 10KG that lasted for 6 years!<br> this new machine started giving us problems 1 year after I bought but I kept on thinking it minor...now just after July ...just past the 24 months guarantee it just stopped working completely, it was surely made to work for 24 months...now they want to charge us ridiculous amounts of money...R450 call out fee this is excluding repairs and part just imagine. I hope I can raise funds to by my mom a better machine....what a let down from my most trusted brand!
