NO FURTHER RESPONSE FROM LG ELECTRONICS
after the pathetic response from LG NO further response was received from them. my washing machine is still out of order. no part has been received of any contact made by LG to rectify this matter. this is really bad service. will def not encourage anyone to buy LG Electronics.
