One does not get the support from LG. Chatted to Phuthi on sat 24/12/22 on watsapp and was not helpful, not knowledgeable about the products. Could not assist me or refer my query to a tech or senior mgt. Seems LG does not care about customers as they have people who are *********** to assist. She takes long to reply as well. Regret getting a LG product.
