New Fridge no water filter & connectors for installation

I bought a plumbered fridge on the 4th of November 2025 via Takealot.com , the challenge came when it was to be installed, it came with no water filter and the connectors/adaptor, their user guide only talks about replacing a water filter, a filter that cannot even be located according to their user guide, I followed up with their support centre they are disregarding my matter. Now their fridge is useless for me, I wish to return it if possible. Bad service because even the Takealot platform doesn’t allow returns on this product. So what I’m I supposed to do??? How am I going to use the fridge because it needs water connection to function and be eligible for warranty? It’s been a month with this fridge, what purpose does it serve?
