Neochef microwave

We had purchased a LG neochef around April last year, and guess what, it ain't working, it started on its own and started to spark, according to Hirsch Springfield, I have to wait 14 days! I am a working mother with 2 toddlers I depend on a microwave, LG product quality isn't the same anymore, this has incurred a loss to me, as I had to purchase another microwave, this day and age we can't afford to be spending cash like this, it feels like I have been ********** with inferior quality products.
