MUST S**** 5 YR OLD MACHINE NO PARTS

I sent in a blu ray dvd player to executronics to be fixed, was told It could not be fixed and I must s**** a R7000 machine just after 5 years as they cannot get a part. Then after insisting they look at another alternative It was sent to head office. Head office have advised I must buy a new machine as well as there is no parts. What they could do is give me a discount on the new machine which patricia was suppose to send me a quote. I have followed up and sent numerous messages to Patricia with no response on this. I have been sitting nearly 3 months trying to sort this out and getting nowhere, On top of this I bought every appliance in my house from LG and hearing I need to just buy new because they discontinue a part is disappointing as I LG as I want a good product that will last but seems LG products cant even last 5 years and then you cant even fix it because parts are discontinued. Please can someone assit me to just have this now sorted as I'm getting nowhere and just want to get this finalised so I can have a dvd machine again.
