Most useless company ever dealt with

My cellphone's wireless charger got ****** in a burglary. I need to get a quote for Insurance purposes and can not find this item anywhere. Phoned LG Head office but got transferred from one person to another until I was put on to an extension that was connected to a voice mail system but this extension did not have that capability so was cut of, This happened not once but three times in a row. How useless are you if you can not tell me where to get your product or give me a quote yourself.
