Misleading products

<p>We bought a LG Door in Door stainless friedge at House and Home in East London. The fridge is only a year old, and it started discolouring. House and Home contacted LG , LG contacted one their contractors in East London. The contractor is a business owned by a female , who sent her husband who is not even a professional in the electronics industry, to come take pictures and compile a report. The man did not even ask us anything. He took pictures and left. The next call was from House and Home , who told us that LG's report said we had used harsh chemicals to clean the fridge. We asked how the got to this conclusion without taking even a sample from the product to test it in a lab or without asking us how we cleaned the fridge, and to date, House and Home can't answer us and are running away from responsibility by hiding behind the report. How does a stainless steel fridge that costs R26 000 discolour? It is showing a creamish/yellowish colour, i doubt the fridge is even stainless steel.</p>
