I ordered an 10.5Kg front end loader through LG on line e shop as they had an spring sale. I filled in all the forms and then paid R10999 for it, the amount went out on my account but no order No was given though there system, The order was placed on the 22 Sept, on the 23 I inquired about it telephonically and the lady indicated that she will sent an e mail to the relevant department, up to now I have not receive any fees bak, I also sent the an email but received no response so it seems that I was ****med using your online e shop. So be aware when buying from LG online.
