Makro does not fulfil Extended Warranties for LG Washing Machines

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to bring to your attention that purchasing an LG washing from Makro has been a very unpleasant experience.</p> <p> </p> <p>After taking out an Extended Warranty, and attempting to have Makro repair/or replace the washing machine has been a nightmare. It takes over two months, and more than 3 technicians to service the appliance. Even after all this work, they still haven't resolved the issue and now I'm at a complete loss.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have to say that I wouldn't be able to go back to Makro for another washing machine, let alone an LG product, that they seem to have zero experience in servicing.</p> <p> </p> <p>The issue thread can be found here, https://www.hellopeter.com/makro/reviews/makrosure-extended-warranty-for-lg-washing-machine- ********** .
