Machine ******ed after a mere 2.5years ( LG Customer Care not answering phone!!!!)

<p>I have a 13kg LG Top Loader machine that is not even 3 years old. the machine stopped working ans i have called the LG custmer Care number on the machine for the past 3 months with no success. I really need urgent help re this and am very dissappointed with the service as I am getting none.....</p>
