Lying LG sales rep

**** poor service from your sales representative Mafou Tsoene that works at Game stores mall of Africa. I bought a washing machine from him on the 30th of August I was advised that the washing machine would be delivered in the week this did not happen. Called the store end of the week to find out when the washing machine would be delivered they told me that only when it suites them probably never at this point. I’m absolutely disgusted by the service. Had I known I would never have purchased the product. Having representatives that lie and have no sense of integrity is bringing your brand to disrepute. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything at game stores nor from your sales agent. They created an expectation knowing very well that they would not be able to deliver. I spent a total of R9299 for a washing I desperately need my laundry is pilling up who will pay for my laundry to be taken to a laundromat?? If this machine is not delivered in the week I’m coming for a full refund and I want to be compensated for travelling and taking my laundry to be washed
