Lousy Parts Backup
I have a 12 year old LG Electrocool Fridge Model GR 409GLQ on which the plastic door handle has broken. Phoned Executronix who are the Gauteng Agents and the informed me that these parts have not been available for 7 years. Now what must I do replace a R5k fridge freezer just because of a door handle!

27 Oct 2020, 20:31So much for LG Customer care! Having phoned LG twice to speak to Olivia only to be told she is busy can they take a message, left message guess what NO CALLBACK!! I use a cellphone so no excuse!!!

04 Nov 2020, 10:52In all this time I have actually repaired this broken handle using methods used in my profession of engineering. By laminates pins and industrial adhesives which are very difficult to obtain to the man in the street.
