Life's Not Good with LG

We have tumble dryer / washing machine combo that have given us muliple problems. This has been looked at by LG repair guys but they have to be called numerous times for the same thing.

I have requested for someone from LG Head Office to call but this has been ignored for more than several months. I have called their call centre multiple times and requested for somone in management to call me back. But it seems that LG does not care.

This is our second washing machine and with this kind of service, we are clearly not buying LG again.
