LG Warranty service is non existent.
I bought a NeoChef Invertor convention microwave in June 2018. It only worked properly for about 1 year when it started give "F11" errors. From July 2019 the unit has been to two authorized repair centers, neither were able to locate the intermittent fault. Now LG want me to "Pay in" around R2,400 for a similar replacement unit.
