LG VELVET'S DEFECTIVE OLED DISPLAY

I recently had an issue with the oled desplay on my Velvet phone. Which i initially reported to Takealot as the sellers and twice my claim was rejected and Takealot blatantly refuse to talk to me about thier reason for the refusal. I then notified LG which did more than expected, they said they will replace the phone and they tried to get Takealot to collect the phone for replacement, however when that didn't work they asked vodacom to recieve the phone from me and got it replaced The fact that thier policy did not allow them to take my phone directly did not inhibit them from assisting. I was highly impressed by thier passion and professionalism both sales, customer relations and services department came to my rescue. You may ask why 4 stars, there will always be room for improvement but on this subject they went above the call of duty Thanks to those of you whom i had a pleasure of working with in this claim. And also thank you for the accessories.
